Compensation: $123,528–$146,836 all-in

After a short onsite training period in Columbia, MD, you’ll transition to remote telehealth visits with stable hours, strong protocols, and a supportive health system behind you.
Lead telehealth visits for low-acuity cardiology patients
Manage ongoing care plans using clear, evidence-based protocols
Conduct routine follow-ups that reduce strain on cardiology specialists
Document progress and outcomes in the EMR
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across a large health system
Active NP license in Maryland or D.C.
2+ years of cardiology experience (outpatient preferred)
Willingness to complete 4–6 weeks of onsite training in Columbia, MD
Strong comfort with telehealth workflows and independent patient management
