Care for low-acuity cardiac patients via telehealth
Adjust medications, track progress, and follow clear care pathways
Partner daily with cardiologists you trained with onsite
Educate patients on lifestyle changes and follow-up care
Use EMR and remote tools to keep care smooth and coordinated
Nurse Practitioner License — Active PA license highly preferred; if not, must be willing to obtain
3+ years outpatient or general cardiology experience (required)
Valid DEA registration
Medicare/Medicaid enrollment
Tech comfort and strong communication skills
Compensation: $120,000–$146,800 total package
