Our client is looking for aΒ compassionate and highly organized Medical Virtual Assistant to join their dedicated team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities:
Extend a warm welcome to new patients, guiding them through the onboarding process and providing continuous support.
Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with patients through empathetic and professional follow-up communications.
Accurately manage, update, and document all patient information and notes within their CRM and EMR systems.
Efficiently collect, process, and complete all necessary digital patient documents and intake forms.
Oversee individual patient cases, maintain meticulous database records, and ensure the highest level of confidentiality.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and questions via phone, email, and SMS.
Manage the practice's calendar, handle appointment bookings, and confirm schedules to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Proven experience in a medical receptionist or patient-focused customer service role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of organization, diligence, and professional ethics.
Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and the Google Suite.
