What you’ll do

  • Deliver telehealth visits for low-acuity cardiology patients

  • Manage ongoing patient care with clear protocols

  • Reduce strain on cardiologists with routine follow-ups

  • Track and update patient progress in EMR

  • Coordinate care with large health system teams

Must-haves

  • Active NP license in Maryland or D.C.

  • At least 2 years cardiology experience (outpatient preferred)
