Schedule: 3x12s | 8:30am–8:30pm | Every 3rd weekend, Rotating Holidays
Licensure Preferred: NY, PA, or LA
Salary: $155,000 to $165,000 Annually

In this remote telehealth role, you’ll partner with elite, cross-trained paramedics in the field to deliver real-time acute care to frail, elderly, and complex patients. Think of it as a house call meets high-tech teamwork 🏡💻

💡 What You'll Do

• Lead virtual visits with hands-on support from paramedics
   
• Diagnose & treat acute issues (yes, with ultrasound, IVs, swabs & more!)
   
• Create personalized care plans that help keep patients out of the hospital
   
• Collaborate across care teams & document in real-time
   
• Be the calm in the clinical storm—coaching patients & families through tough moments
   

✅ What You Bring

• NP or PA license (active & in good standing)
   
• Solid EMR & telehealth tech skills
   
• Compassion, cultural humility, and a love for team-based care
   
• Bonus points for critical care/emergency background or state licenses in NY, PA, or LA
