Dane Street, a leading national provider of Utilization Review (UR) and Independent Review Organization (IRO) services, is expanding our panel of physician reviewers. We are seeking Board-Certified Neurological Surgeons with an active Louisiana medical license to conduct independent medical reviews on a fully remote, flexible basis.

This is a non-clinical, 1099 contract opportunity that allows surgeons to earn supplemental income while continuing to practice. It's ideal for physicians who want to contribute their expertise in a low-commitment, flexible, and intellectually engaging environment—without direct patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply clinical guidelines and medical standards objectively

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license
  • Board Certification in Neurological Surgery
  • Ongoing clinical or surgical practice
  • Strong written communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
