Role: Nurse Practitioner (Wisconsin License)

What you’ll do

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits

• Complete risk adjustment documentation

• Close HEDIS (quality measures) care gaps

• Perform HCC and ICD-10/CPT II coding

Must-haves

• Active Wisconsin NP license

• 1+ year in Family or Internal Medicine

• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment

• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid programs
