Role Snapshot
Transform bedside care with AI. As Circadia’s remote NP, you’ll see patients virtually and act on predictive health signals in real time. You’ll blend direct patient care with tech-to-bedside integration through hands-on training, live demos, and shadowed assessments.
What You'll Do
- Direct patient care: Conduct initial virtual assessments on flagged residents; create plans of care; complete consent; coordinate with facility providers.
- High-volume virtual visits: Efficiently complete visits across designated SNFs (typ. 25+/day where appropriate), focusing on new admits, facility-flagged patients, and Circadia alerts.
- Quality & product feedback: Surface insights to improve workflows, summaries, and flagging logic; participate in root-cause reviews.
How Success is Measured
- Visits: Target 25 patient visits/day; minimum of 1 visit per hour
- Documentation: Complete all notes using AI-powered tools within 24 hours of each encounter.
- Adoption & impact: Demonstrated workflow adherence at facilities; trend toward fewer falls/readmissions over time.
Qualifications
- Certified and Licensed Nurse Practitioner in a minimum of two states listed: CA, CT, MI, IL, NJ, NY; ANCC (or equivalent) in Adult/Family/Geriatric/Acute.
- Eligible for Medicare participation; company bills on your behalf.
- 2+ years NP experience with complex adult populations; able to practice independently.
- Tech-savvy: Google Suite, multiple EMRs, Slack, AI transcription/tools.
- Thrives in a dynamic, evolving startup environment.
- English required; Spanish preferred.
- Available roughly 10 days per month, weekdays only.
Compensation
This is a pay-per-visit role. Compensation will be based on each completed and signed clinical note in our system. Most practitioners are able to complete multiple visits per hour, allowing for competitive earnings based on efficiency and availability.
Rate: $25/completed visit
Onboarding/Meetings: Time spent on onboarding or attending meetings that are pre-approved by your manager will be compensated at a fixed rate of $64/hr.
