We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Maine to support Medicare and Medicaid members. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling (minimum 24 hours/week). You’ll focus on meaningful clinical work like Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, risk adjustment, and HEDIS care gap closures — all from the comfort of your home.

The Role

Independent contractor (1099)

Fully remote — no travel

Minimum 24 hours/week

$600–$720 per day

What You’ll Do

Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits

Complete risk adjustment documentation

Close HEDIS care gaps

Perform HCC and ICD-10/CPT II coding

What You’ll Need

Active Maine NP license

1+ year experience in Family or Internal Medicine

Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid

Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plans

Must be Medicare/Medicaid enrolled
