What You’ll Do

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits

• Complete risk adjustment documentation

• Close HEDIS (quality measures) care gaps

• Perform HCC and ICD-10/CPT II coding

• Deliver accurate and compliant charting

Must-Haves

• Active California NP license

• 1+ year in Family or Internal Medicine

• Medicare and Medicaid familiarity

• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment (active)

• Reliable home internet and workspace
