Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (Family/Internal Medicine)

About the Job

Deliver high-quality virtual primary care across a broad adult acuity spectrum via triage, chat/video visits, and rapid specialist collaboration.

You’ll order and interpret labs/imaging, coordinate in-network referrals, and help refine digital workflows and clinical policies in a modern, fast-moving environment.

This is a full-time, W-2 role that is fully remote (U.S. only).

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct virtual visits (chat/video), triage new concerns, and manage follow-ups.

• Order, review, and act on labs and imaging; coordinate in-network referrals.

• Collaborate with specialists for fast curbside input and care escalation when needed.

• Contribute to clinical policy, documentation standards, and operational improvements.

• Use a modern toolset (e.g., Zoom, EHR, communication and workflow apps) to deliver efficient, patient-centered care.

What you’ll need

• Nurse Practitioner with a background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• 5–10 years total clinical experience, including 4+ years in telehealth.

• Active multi-state NP licensure covering ≥40% of the U.S. adult population (strict requirement).

• Demonstrated leadership in overseeing clinical groups and/or shaping workflows & policies.

• Digital health fluency—adapts quickly to new tools in fast-changing settings.

• U.S.-based and able to work without visa sponsorship.

Interview process

• Round 1 (30 min): Mission fit, clinical philosophy, tool fluency, career story.

• Round 2 (30 min): Deeper clinical/operational discussion with another physician.

• Round 3 (30 min): Cross-functional (leadership/tech; behavioral/fit).

• References: Two professional references following Round 3.

• You lack multi-state licensure meeting the ≥40% population threshold.

• You seek per-diem only (this role is full-time W-2).

• You have insufficient senior NP experience for independent virtual practice needs.

• Training was not completed in the U.S., or there’s any malpractice indication.

• Limited digital-health experience or frequent short tenures (<1.5 years/role).
