Triage Nurse (Cardiology) | Permanent WFH

We are seeking an experienced Triage Nurse to join our remote clinical team. This role involves answering triage calls, addressing patient questions about prescriptions, routing information to the appropriate providers, and assisting with scheduling as needed. If you are a California-licensed USRN or LVN with a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills, this is a great opportunity to provide high-quality patient care from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming triage calls and assess patient needs.
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding prescriptions and care instructions.
• Route messages and clinical information to the appropriate providers in a timely manner.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and patient coordination.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the EMR system.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, HIPAA, and organizational policies.

• Active California USRN or LVN license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a triage or patient-facing role.
• EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Amenable to work during U.S. business working hours.
