Azure Data Engineer with HEDIS - Remote / Telecommute

Pay Range: $53.00hr - $58.00hr

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Data Engineer with 10+ years of experience to perform deep-dive data analysis, build Databricks/SQL reports, and troubleshoot complex technical and domain data discrepancies. The role requires strong stakeholder collaboration skills and initiative, with healthcare and HEDIS experience preferred.

• Data Engineer / developer with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks and SQL skills (Senior to Expert level).
• Ability to analyze requirements and generate reports with proficiency using Databricks and SQL.
• Strong data analysis skills to contribute to building and refining specifications, proposing solutions to development and design issues, and moving work at a rapid pace.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and scripts for report generation.
• Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies in-depth, analyze them, and implement fixes from both a technical and domain standpoint.
• Strong communication and customer-interfacing skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise as needed.
• Strong demonstrated initiative and drive.
• Healthcare experience preferred; HEDIS experience is a significant plus.
