What is in it for you?

We are seeking an experienced Facets Integration Developer to support the development, enhancement, and integration of healthcare payer systems centered around the TriZetto Facets platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and developing integrations between Facets and enterprise applications, leveraging APIs, middleware, ETL processes, and healthcare data standards. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, business analysts, Facets SMEs, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions that support enrollment, claims, provider, member, care management, and other payer functions

Responsibilities: -

• These BSAs will support the Affiliation activities in the Provider and Quality domain.
• In the near term, they will be joining the ClinicalONE squad to support Supplemental Clinical Data Quality Framework (new project).
• Prior experience in healthcare is a must, experience with HEDIS and/or clinical data is highly desired.
• Day-to-day includes researching HEDIS quality specifications, analyzing messy clinical data from a business lens, prototyping complex queries to be later implemented by Engineering, presenting complex ideas and problems to teams/leaders with less technical expertise.
• They will ultimately aim to multiply Product power and co-lead project execution.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

· Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Must have skills: -

· Healthcare Data.

· Senior Analyst Experience.

· Expert SQL proficiency.

· Some Python proficiency.

· Ability to clearly and concisely write technical requirements in plain English.
