Role Snapshot

• Telehealth for general cardiology patients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead telehealth visits for low-acuity cardiology patients

• Manage hypertension, CHF, CAD, and lipid disorders

• Adjust meds using evidence-based protocols

• Order labs, imaging, and follow-ups

• Document cleanly in the EMR

• Coordinate with cardiologists and care teams

Must-Haves

• Active NP license in MD or D.C.

• 2+ years general cardiology experience

• Complete 4–6 weeks onsite training in Columbia, MD

• Comfortable running independent telehealth visits

Nice to Have

• Prior telehealth experience

• Large health system experience
