Title: Virtual Assistant (Medical Practice Support)
Location: Remote – Preference for Latin America (Spanish-speaking ideal, but open globally)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time), 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $1,000 – $1,500 USD/month (up to $1,800 for senior-level candidates with strong experience)

With multiple clinic locations, the practice offers a patient-centered approach that combines medical procedures with comprehensive pain management services. As the practice grows, it aims to strengthen its administrative support to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support this fast-paced medical practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administration, billing, and managing electronic medical record (EMR) systems. This is a senior-level virtual assistant role, with potential to train and mentor other assistants as the team scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks & front desk overflow remotely
- Assist with personal injury billing and other medical billing processes
- Work within EMR systems, especially:
- Practice Fusion (legacy)
- eClinicalWorks (current)
- Help staff during EMR transition from Practice Fusion to eClinicalWorks
- Data entry and reporting, including Excel spreadsheets
- Clear, professional communication with staff and possibly patients
- Maintain organization, accuracy, and responsiveness in a virtual support capacity
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a VA / medical assistant / admin role
- Experience in medical billing: specifically personal injury & pain management is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Practice Fusion and/or eClinicalWorks; or similar EMR systems
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, reliable work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, self-direction, and adaptability
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Spanish language skills (advantageous)
- Prior experience working with U.S. medical practices
- Experience training or mentoring other virtual assistants
