Contract Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist for Virtual IOP

Contract work: For virtual IOP and ongoing Individual Med management and Psych. Evals.

• Demonstrates ability to systemically collect, record and analyze data and other relevant interactive health systems, including mental status, special precautions (suicidality, homicidally, elopement); physical problems/medical acuity (withdrawal and nutritional needs); and ethnic concerns (social, religious, or cultural needs). 
• Knowledge of industry standards: organization, theory, principles, and research processes, quality improvement and change management techniques, accreditation and regulatory standards, ability to assess clinical care requirements based on medical, basic psychotherapeutic, and human development principles, scope of practice, and regulatory standards. 
• On-site  
• Facilitates high quality client care by collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to assessing treatment needs, developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and facilitating successful discharges according to established discharge plans. 
• Oversee medical care provided to patients; obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, order medications and procedures; authorize admissions and renders admitting diagnoses. 
• Diagnose and direct counseling for each patient on a plan for treatment. 
• Provide consultation/peer review to other physicians/clinicians; supervise nurse 

 Experience in addiction treatment and withdrawal management  

 Knowledge of medications, indications, dosage ranges, side effects, and potential toxicity. 

 PHMNP or PA/NP with significant experience treating psychiatric conditions   or Licensed Psychiatrist
