Experienced Pediatric Nurse

Experienced Pediatric Nurse for remote work; Respond to patient portal questions and specialist faxes and communicate with providers about the content of these. Answer phone calls regarding sickness from parents. Complete some school and camp forms and some specialist referrals. Write some letters of medical necessity. Assess asthma status to decide if an appointment is needed. Have phone calls and text messages with frequent users of the ER to reduce ER usage. This position is Monday through Friday, any time between1 pm - 7 pm, 4-6 hours a day, flexible based on workload and your own family needs.

Will provide laptop, will provide a large share-drive document with pre written instructions for the majority of portal questions, as well as Barton Schmitt protocols. Hourly pay rate $25- $42/hr depending on experience.

Must have at least 2 yrs of Pediatric Nursing experience
