Medical Virtual Assistant - Insurance Position

Starting Salary: $4.5/hr
Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)
 

Role Overview

We’re hiring Medical Insurance Specialists with hands-on experience in:

• Insurance eligibility verification

• Pre-authorizations

• Referral management

• Claims processing

Qualifications;

• At least 6 months experience in medical insurance processes (claims, elig. and ben., insurance verification, etc.)
• Excellent English communication and phone skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable with graveyard shift (12 AM – 9 AM PHT)
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Must have dual monitors
• Stable internet (minimum 50 Mbps or can upgrade)
• Willing to undergo training for 3 weeks

Technical Requirements
• Desktop or laptop only (MacBooks/Windows)
• Device must have at least a Ryzen 5 or Intel i5 processor
• Must have a backup device
• Dual monitors required
• Reliable primary and backup internet
• Power backup (UPS, generator, backup laptop, etc.)
