Ready to bring your clinical background into a remote work environment? We're looking for licensed healthcare professionals to join us as Remote Medical Scribes.
Qualifications (Strict Requirement):
• Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license
• Also accepted: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Registered Medical Technologist (RMT), Pharmacist, or Radiologic Technologist (Radtech)
• Note: Applications from other professions will not be considered
• Willing to undergo 3-week training for free.
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant professional experience in a hospital, clinical setting, or teaching medical-related subjects.
• Internship experience is acceptable for MDs (Doctors) only
• BPO customer service/ MedVA experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Excellent command of the English medium
Skills Needed:
• Strong English communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability
• Able to work independently while being a team player
• Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms
Technical Setup:
• Must have a dual-monitor setup (laptop/PC with a backup device)
• Supported operating systems: Windows 11 or macOS Ventura 13 (or newer)
• Internet speed must be at least 50 Mbps, with a backup internet option (prepaid or pocket Wi-Fi is acceptable)
Work Schedule & Compensation:
• Schedule: Pacific Time (Graveyard Shift - PH time)
• Full-time: 40 hours/week
• Pay Rate: $4.5 USD per hour
