AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Part-time Contract LPN to join our team to perform file review & compliance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our individual client files with the service/care plans established by the Department of Disability and Aging and the Managed Care Organization (MCO). You will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews and documenting necessary adjustments.


This is a Contract, part-time, work-from-home position for up to 10-15 hours per week. You need to have a 27-inch or larger monitor, keyboard, and mouse.Ā Must have high-speed, reliable internet.Ā 



Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of client files to ensure accuracy and compliance with DDA/MCO service/care plans.
  • Identify and document any discrepancies or needed adjustments in client files.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with leadership and staff to resolve findings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of file reviews.
  • Monitor and track compliance metrics to ensure ongoing adherence to DDA/MCO standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Generate detailed reports.



Qualifications:

  • LPN/RN (active current license)
  • Understanding of DDA, ECF and CLS program requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Ability to complete various types of reports and spreadsheets
  • Good Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems a plus



You should be comfortable with software and technology and be an overall organized person. Good communication skills are a must.


You must be flexible and willing to work and learn on the fly.
