The Opportunity

This position is critical for centralizing and streamlining operational, HR, and compliance functions within the Mass General Brigham UM Enterprise. It ensures efficiency, accuracy, and continuity across multiple domains.


 

Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Centralized EPIC Role Management
o Coordinate all EPIC access requests and maintain security compliance for UM and Appeals.
o Collaborate with leadership and IT to keep request forms and dropdowns accurate.
o Open and track IT tickets, verify training and access alignment.
o Conduct root cause analysis for recurring access issues and escalate appropriately.

2. Operational & HR Coordination
o Manage Timekeeper access forms and monitor LOA/start dates.
o Partner with HR for smooth return-to-work processes.
o Support onboarding: schedule meetings, set up training (Compass, InterQual), create onboarding schedules.
o Assist with interview scheduling and logistics.

3. Technology & Compliance Support
o Track system outages, communicate updates, and open resolution tickets.
o Order equipment for new hires and maintain remote work agreements.
o Ensure RN licensure and policy compliance.
o Manage appeals supplies, badges, building access, parking passes, and departmental expenses.

4. Meeting & Schedule Management
o Maintain physician advisor schedules.
o Facilitate department meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials.


 

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operational support role required, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.


Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with teams with varied experiences and viewpoints

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Basic understanding of hospital operations and regulatory requirements is a plus.
