We are looking for a provider with multiple state licensures and candidates must have weekday and weekend availability between the hours of 10am\-6pm PST<\/b><\/u>. The part\-time role requires a minimum of 12 hours of availability weekly and a weekend requirement of a minimum of 2 Saturdays\/month. Any additional weekly availability is a plus!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

To be considered for this opening, you must have <\/i>prior aesthetic medicine experience, <\/i><\/b><\/b>hold active licenses in<\/b> <\/b><\/b><\/i>California <\/b>and<\/b><\/u> Texas<\/b>, AND <\/i>hold a MINIMUM of eight (8)<\/u> <\/b><\/b>of the following state licenses: AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MN, NC, NM, NV, NY, OR, PA, TN, VA, WA, WI. <\/i><\/b><\/b>Applicants may be considered if CA <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>and<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b> TX licenses are in application status in addition to having previous aesthetic medicine experience. <\/i>The starting base rate for this position is $62\/hour, however candidates with additional desirable licensure and experience may be eligible to receive a higher starting rate.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

The Aesthetic Telehealth Provider conducts synchronous and asyncronous Good Faith Evaluations (GFEs) for medical spas and clinics with patients seeking aesthetic treatments throughout the United States from the comfort of their home office. This fast\-paced and dynamic position requires excellent communication skills, efficiency, adaptability, independent clinical decision making, and the ability to provide impeccable customer service. The Aesthetic Telehealth Provider maintains a positive, figure\-it\-out attitude, and is proficient with technology. Spakinect medical providers embrace teamwork and seek collaboration with their colleagues to deliver safe, evidenced\-based, high\-quality care.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

  1. Deliver thorough, efficient, and exceptional healthcare by reviewing health histories, screening for any contraindications to treatment, and providing treatment plan recommendations for desired aesthetic treatments. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  2. Displays superior customer service by addressing client and patient care concerns, answering clinical questions, and providing medical guidance as necessary.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  3. Demonstrates behavior that is kind, compassionate, polite, friendly, and respectful towards patients, clients, and co\-workers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  4. Effectively communicates with office staff regarding any administrative issues that arise in a timely manner; demonstrates accountability. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  5. Documents electronically using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to submit completed GFEs in real\-time. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  6. Exhibits the ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems to resolve any potential issues, reaches out appropriately for further assistance when needed. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  7. Adheres to company guidelines and policies, completes all required training, attends continuing education opportunities for growth and development.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Master's degree from an accredited college\/university or equivalent with related experience in the aesthetic industry. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Aesthetic Industry Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    Prior experience and in\-depth knowledge of aesthetic medicine and treatments offered by industry. Knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare. Up to date with ever\-changing standards in telehealth and aesthetic administration.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Licensing<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    Qualified candidates must hold active licenses in <\/i>California and<\/u> Texas <\/b><\/b>and hold a MINIMUM of eight (8)<\/u> <\/b><\/b><\/i>of the following state licenses: <\/i>AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MN, NC, NM, NV, NY, OR, PA, TN, VA, WA, WI. <\/b><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Preferred licensure for hire are active medical licenses in good\-standing in additional states of operation.
