What You’ll Do

• Conduct neuro consults and follow-ups via telehealth

• Manage treatment plans for stable neuro patients

• Document efficiently in EMR (modern templates, minimal clicks)

• Coordinate with neurologists for escalations

• Track outcomes and support continuity of care

• Focus on patient care—we handle scheduling and billing

Must-Haves

• Active NP license in CA, OR, NY, or PA

• Minimum 2 years NP experience (neuro or primary care preferred)

• Comfortable with telehealth and EMR tools

• Independent, reliable, and responsive

• Solid broadband and quiet workspace

Nice-to-Have

• Prior neurodegenerative or chronic disease experience

• Multi-state NP licensure
