🩺 Position Overview

Our client, a physician-led wellness and aesthetics organization, is seeking a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to support nationwide clinical operations and quality assurance. In this fully remote role, the NP will conduct Good Faith Exams (GFEs) for patients receiving services such as GLP-1 therapy, peptides, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, and medical aesthetics.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, is detail-oriented, and has experience working independently in a telehealth setting. This is an excellent opportunity for NPs looking to expand into a flexible, cutting-edge role at the intersection of compliance, wellness, and aesthetics.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

• Conduct synchronous and asynchronous Good Faith Exams (GFEs)

• Evaluate patients for services such as:

  • GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide)

  • Peptides and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

  • Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers

  • RF microneedling, IPL, and laser devices

  • IV therapy and vitamin injections

• Document evaluations thoroughly in the EMR

• Ensure compliance with state-specific telehealth and prescribing regulations

Administrative & Workflow Support

• Monitor team communications (e.g., Slack) to stay current and escalate clinical concerns

• Assist with creating and updating workflows, templates, and protocols

• Support ongoing process improvements related to compliance and telehealth documentation

• Collaborate with operations and clinical leadership on remote care delivery best practices

✅ Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (multi-state preferred)

• 3+ years of clinical experience (telehealth or aesthetics highly valued)

• Comfortable using various EMRs and digital platforms

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills

• Confident in independent decision-making and remote patient evaluations

• Friendly, professional, and able to represent the company in a client-facing role

💡 Preferred Experience

• Background in medical aesthetics, wellness, or hormone therapy

• Familiarity with GFE and telehealth regulations

• Experience supervising or advising clinical teams

• Knowledge of GLP-1, peptide, or HRT regulatory frameworks
