The role:
At Better Life Partners, you’ll join a virtual care team dedicated to improving outcomes for members with complex medical, behavioral health, and social needs. As a RN Triage Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in assessing member needs, coordinating care, and ensuring members connect with the right care at the right time. You’ll work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical operations staff to directly enhance member experience and continuity of care. If you are empathetic, decisive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role allows you to make a real difference in the lives of individuals navigating substance use disorders.
Unless otherwise specified, this position is remote (work from home). Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Connecticut.
$70,725 - $94,012 a year
The actual compensation offered within the range, along with title and level, will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, business requirements, and performance expectations.
