Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
✔️ Providing professional nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans
✔️ Administering medications and therapeutic treatments as ordered by physicians
✔️ Monitoring and recording vital signs and patient conditions
✔️ Collecting specimens and maintaining accurate nursing documentation
✔️ Assisting with resident admissions and discharges
✔️ Communicating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
✔️ Supervising Nursing Assistants and assigned clerical staff
✔️ Supporting resident comfort, safety, and quality of care
✅ Active New York State LPN License REQUIRED
✅ Previous nursing home or long-term care experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to work independently under RN supervision
✅ Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
