Allergy & Asthma Medical Virtual Assistant

NOW HIRING: ALLERGY & ASTHMA MEDICAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Vital Virtuals Global HR is looking for a Medical VA with prior Allergy & Asthma practice experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls & assist patients
• Verify insurance & update demographics
• Manage referrals, faxes & medical records
• Explain insurance benefits
• Coordinate with providers & clinical staff
• Handle administrative/data entry tasks
• Maintain HIPAA compliance

Compensation:

$5/hr – first 90 days
$6/hr – after 90 days
Biweekly | Wise

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Medical receptionist/VA experience preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette & customer service
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills
• EHR/EMR experience is a plus
• Reliable computer & internet
• Willing to use Time Doctor & HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop
