Northern Health is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to join our new state-wide Virtual Pulmonary Rehabilitation (vPR) team and lead nursing care for people living with COPD across our service.
This is not a traditional CNC role. It is a genuinely contemporary nursing leadership position, embedded in one of Victoria’s most forward-thinking virtual care programs. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping how digitally enabled, person-centred respiratory care is delivered across hospital and community settings.
About the Role:
As the CNC – vPR and COPD lead, you will:
A significant portion of this role is delivered virtually. Comfort with technology, curiosity about new models of care, and a genuine interest in innovation are essential to succeed.
This is a permanent parttime position - 56 hours per fortnight.
To be successful in this role:
You are an experienced respiratory nurse who is ready to step into a leadership role that goes beyond traditional service boundaries. You bring:
Experience in pulmonary rehabilitation, virtual care, health coaching or service redesign will be highly regarded.
