At Cann I Help, we are redefining access to care through compassionate, evidence-based telehealth services. We are seeking an experience Enrolled Nurse with direct experience within the medicinal cannabis industry, who can bring clinical excellence, care and accountability to every patient interaction.

The Role
As a Medicinal Cannabis Telehealth Enrolled Nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting patients through their care journey, ensuring access, education, and continuity of care.
You will:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred telehealth patient assessment and support
- Guide patients with compassion, professionalism, and clinical accuracy
- Work collaboratively with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and data integrity
- Respond to patient enquiries and manage appointments efficiently
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement in care delivery
The role is offered as either full time (38 hours pw), or part time (30.4 hours pw). This role is open to applicants that live in Western Australia and able to work remotely.

About You
You are:
- AHPRA registered (Enrolled Nurse qualifications) with a strong commitment to clinical excellence
- Experienced (or highly capable) in telehealth or patient coordination environments
- A confident communicator who can engage patients with empathy and clarity
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work both autonomously and within a team
- Motivated by performance, purpose, and patient outcomes
