Your Opportunity
We’re looking for a dedicated and driven full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our mission of delivering exceptional sleep care. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the clinical team—screening, diagnosing, and treating patients struggling with sleep issues. We’re seeking someone who’s not only skilled, but deeply committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. What You’ll Do
- Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine
- Thoroughly documenting patient interactions using our customized EHR
- Applying appropriate billing procedures
- Participating in quality control and improvement activities
- Returning patient messages and calls in a timely fashion
- Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Keeping current with and following AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols in your clinical care and decisions
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years experience of direct patient care
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is required for candidates who wish to start within one month.
Note: Applicants without prior sleep experience must enroll in the Dreem Health Academy program — a paid, 4-week training course. Completion of this course is mandatory before beginning any work with patients.
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
- A CA APRN License AND one or more additional state licenses are required
- An active CA Furnishing license and an active DEA license (eligible to DEA license)
- Must be able to work full time, a minimum of 36 hours per week, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.

Compensation
Base salary ranges from 120K-140K depending on experience.
