About the Role
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Enrolled Nurses (EN) for community-based opportunities across Brisbane.
This is not high-volume agency work, you will:
- Work with complex and meaningful cases
- Be supported by experienced clinicians
- Deliver care in participants’ homes and community settings
- Build long-term professional relationships with participants
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred care to participants with complex needs
- Support high-intensity clinical care (with training and supervision), including: spinal injury care, wound care, continence support and catheter care, medication assistance
- Contribute to care planning and clinical oversight (RN)
- Support and guide support staff where required (RN)
- Follow care plans and positive behaviour support strategies
- Monitor and report changes in participant condition
- Complete documentation (progress notes, incident reports)
- Build strong, professional and respectful relationships with clients

What We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Must have work rights in Australia
- Previous experience in community or aged care highly regarded
- Experience in complex wound care and continence care highly regarded
- Experience with spinal cord injury care highly regarded
- A genuine passion for client-centered care and service excellence
- Excellent clinical judgement and attention to detail
- Strong communication and a calm, professional approach
- Flexibility to travel within the local area to support clients in their homes
- Availability to start immediately is highly regarded
