Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licence.
• Experience in telehealth or remote patient care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health records.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice to have

• Certification in nursing informatics or telehealth nursing.
• Experience with patient education and coaching.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management.
